What QC images can—and cannot—show
A useful photograph answers a narrow, visible question. It can document colour, shape, placement or an apparent mark at the moment the image was made. It cannot turn appearance into a guarantee.
Match the selected variant first
- Copy the selected colour, size and style wording.
- Find those details in the image set or its labels.
- Mark any mismatch or missing identifier as a question—not a verdict.
Ask for the missing view precisely
“More photos” is easy to misunderstand. Name the side, detail and scale you need: the full outsole, the inside label, a closure open and closed, or a tape placed across a stated point.
Separate visible condition from conclusions
Describe what is visible in neutral terms: an uneven edge, a colour difference, an obscured label. Avoid converting that observation into claims about manufacture, authenticity or future wear.
